GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING PROCEDURES ON SAMBOOKIA.COM
This document is a contract between Sambookia (trademark of TK Leader Service LLC) and the site user (Sambookia’s client).

The scope of Sambookia.com is provision of easy access to the price options of flights, e-ticket booking and registration, hotel booking, car rental service, villa and apartment rent, as well as the possibility of online payments. Customer Service on Sambookia.com is delivered by TK Leader Service LLC on behalf of direct service providers.
Any trade marks for products and services, names of legal entities, logos and other copyright objects, that are present on Sambookia.com, are courtesy of their respective owners.
Every booking customer should adopt the following limitation of liability. It’s the key condition under which Sambookia.com sells airline tickets and other travel services. Ticket purchase on Sambookia.com, which is TK Leader Service LLC property, means full acceptance of each general and specific provisions of these Terms by the client.
We act as an agent – that means we are acting on behalf of third parties: service providers such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, villa and apartment owners. Consequently, the contractual obligations are actual only between the booking customer (user) and direct provider.
As the contract is concluded between the booking customer and direct provider all complaints should be directed to the direct provider.

If data provided by the customer while booking changes or was incomplete, he is obliged to notify us about it at the email address listed on our site.
This Contract is automatically concluded after the Client confirms his consent to this Terms (activation of the section «Terms and Conditions» during booking procedure), after which the Contract is considered to be a basic document in the official relationship between the booking customer (user) and Sambookia.
The main condition of the concluding this Contract is the user’s ability and capability to conclude contracts of this type, as well as his legal right to enter into contractual relations with the reservation system Sambookia. The right to make an order or book travel services on site Sambookia is belong only to person of legal age (above 18).
By agreeing with the terms of this Contract the user confirms his legal capacity and capability, including the confirmation of his legal age and financial solvency, as well as takes responsibility for the contractual obligations, which will bear with him after the concluding this Contract and usage reservation system website. User confirms the accuracy of personal data entered by him while dealing with the reservation system on Sambookia.com
Personal data change in the registered order leads to the loss of fares that came into effect while order registration because personal data change can be organized only under the condition when the passenger cancels his order and makes up a new one. Thus a booking customer accepts all the possible commercial risks (new order registration, fare change, refund, etc.) that may be caused because of the mistakes and/or in accuracy in personal data performed by the booking customer.
By agreeing with the terms of this Contract the user also is obliged to use reservation system Sambookia only in case of real need to book airline tickets or other related services/applications in accordance with the terms of this Contract. In case when the user disregards the contractual conditions his access to the reservation system Sambookia can be blocked.
AIRLINE TICKETS/ ONLINE PURCHASE
Any booking made through the web-page on Sambookia.com is converted into the purchase after the client receives a booking reference number. At the same time Sambookia applies all fares fixed by the airline – the direct owner of the ticket. It is provided by the carriers that the airline fares should be applied by every agent regardless of booking procedure.
After Sambookia provides the user with the booking reference number it receives the money, transferred by the user, and starts the issuance of travel documents. After the successful booking the user receives an e-mail – booking conformation. The user is obliged to examine preliminarily his personal data to ensure correct passenger names, flight dates, flight number, fares and conditions of their appliance – these information is used for ticket issuance.
Sambookia accepts no liability for the limited availability of the user’s e-mail or mail server that prevented his receiving the booking or purchase confirmation.
We remind you to check your mail during the 24 hours after the booking.
We also note that we’ll provide our clients with the possibility to check their booking preliminarily. We ensure that all necessary information will be available to the customer before the ticket sale.
If we won’t be able to contact the client and receive the requested documents, the reservation can be canceled.
If while payments by credit card bank or payment system refuses the operation, we inform our client about it by e-mail or ask him to confirm payment information. If the client would not answer the reservation will be automatically canceled.
If the credit card data is filled correctly and credit card payments are confirmed by the payment system, we charge off the ticket price and send the client a confirmation e-mail. Client should not go to the airport until he receives the confirmation from Sambookia. The confirmation will be posted in the second e-mail from Sambookia as soon as the client confirms the accuracy of the booking and fact of credit card has accepted the payment.
Orders registered by the user are considered as the final. As soon as we receive the registered order and payment from we issue airline tickets booked and paid by the client.
In some cases the e-ticket issuance can take up to 24 hours after the moment of the reservation and payment. Tickets are issued automatically after the credit card transaction checking. In the case when the client want to cancel his trip he should make a request for refund the price of the e-ticket.
On Sambookia.com you can buy and book a ticket no earlier than1 year and no later than 3 hours before the date of flight.
The client receives the confirmation e-mail from Sambookia, which contains the flight information necessary to client’s registration, when the airline will confirm the booking.
Charging off the ticket price from the credit card will not take place until the booking is confirmed.
We warn the customer that the low-cost airlines work accordant their own special rules that may differ from those described here.
We always show our customer the structure of the travel cost (base price with taxes and airport charges) and service charge (booking service fee). Airlines reserve their right to change any fare, conditions of fare applying, etc. without prior notice at any time. Fare application is guaranteed from the moment of purchase, ticket issuance and charge of payment. All fares and fare application regulations rules lie under the liability of airlines and not subject to be discussed or changed.
The cheapest available fare can be found if the customer chooses the ticket with «cheapest fare», and if there is no other filters applied this fare is usually restricted. There is no changes that can be applied to such fare or refund in case of trip cancellation. This means one cannot use the ticket in other way but the way described in it. For example one cannot make a return flight without a preliminary usage of the usage of the flight from the starting point to point of destination.
Most airline fares fall under conditions that forbid the refund, change or cancellation. If such actions are permitted they should be additionally paid as penalty, surcharge for service class change and service fee for these changes.
Personal data change in booked tickets is not allowed.
Changing the names in booked tickets is NOT allowed. For this reason we ask the customer to pay special attention when filling full names of passengers – names on travel document must match exactly those shown on identity document, which will be presented while flight check-in. If data shown in the ticket differ from those one shown in the identity document, the passenger can be denied right to check-in for flight. If the client needs to change the full name in his ticket, we must cancel the ticket and issue a new ticket (under the rules and conditions of the fare).
Depending on the type of fare, offer or service the customer can reserve the one-way ticket, round trip ticket or complex route. Remember, there are special fares, according to which the return ticket will be canceled automatically if the client doesn’t use one-way ticket.
SERVICE FEE and TICKET ISSUE/ TICKET SALES
When the customer buys the ticket on Sambookia.com we collect service charge (booking service fee). Service charge is taken for handling and ticket issuance. Also surcharge is collected for ticket data change, cancellation and refund.
These payments are not refundable and not depend on the fare type chosen by the client.
PAYMENT FOR TICKET DATA CHANGE, REFUND and TICKET REISSUANCE
For all changes requested by the passenger, and that are permitted by applicable fare, Sambookia will charge for service fee. The sum of charge is always added to any dues charged by airlines.
In addition to all payments that may be charged by airlines for any changes or ticket re-issue requested by a passenger that lead to a date, route or full name change (if airline permits it), Sambookia will charge service fee.
If the client wants to change names in the ticket we must cancel his reservation and issue a new ticket (if the fare allows doing such modifications).
To modify the ticket the client should send an e-mail at reservation(at)sambookia.com and wait till Sambookia confirm the cancellation or change. The client also will receive from us a notification about the payment for change as soon as it will be implemented. In case of unlimited fare client’s failure to comply the rules of cancellation procedure would be considered as his no-show and can lead to his total loss of right to refund.
If the client decides to cancel his booking the cancellation fee is charged. Pursuant to the fare rules established by the airline the refund may be partial if possible at all.
The ticket issuance takes time from 45 minutes to 24 hours after the client’s order and is released automatically after the confirmation of payment by credit card or through bank transfer.
If the client cannot fly (under some personal circumstances) he can claim to receive the refund in the accordance with the fare terms applied to his ticket.
Refund is performed directly by the airlines in accordance with terms of applicable fare rules.
For cheapest, economy or restricted fare the refund, as a rule, is impossible or extremely limited.
The passenger loses his right for refund in any case if he received the prohibition on landing because of:
- The passenger doesn’t have all required documents (passport, visa, certificate of vaccination);
- The passenger presents invalid or expired documents;
- The passenger violates the requirements of the law those countries which he meets on his route or airline regulations.
If the user makes a reservation on Sambookia.com but doesn’t confirm it by payment his reservation will be automatically canceled by the system within 12 hours (without any penalties).
Service charge for return or exchange depends on the ticket cost, the exact amount will be quoted on the day the return or exchange is held.
Sambookia do not save credit card information. The process of authorization and money transfer from the client’s bank account is done via secure connection.
While booking registration Sambookia uses connection secured by SSL protocol (it is confirmed by certificate from GeoTrust):
- personal and credit card data is encoded;
- our secure server maintain coded data transmission protocol 3D Secure, which meets the standards PCI DSS established in online business sphere.

During the order processing pre-authorization is applied. This procedure is necessary to prove that the client’s credit card has the required the required sum for total amount of payment.
Please note that payment platform collect service charge in the rate of 2,5%-3,5% from total sum of purchase.
Mentioned Fee is collected by payment gateway for Credit Card verification and security settings compliency check (including Fraud Protection and Stolen CC Data usage). This check is aimed for ensuring safety of private funds and personal data of Credit Card owners.
Currency rates presented within reservation system and on Sambookia.com can differ from the rates which are actual on exchange market at the moment of booking procedure.
SPECIAL OPERATING CONDITIONS for SOME THIRD PARTIE SERVICE PROVIDERS
Sambookia warns that some companies – service providers, to which Sambookia acts as agent, perform settlements of accounts in their own way. Thus some companies can charge client’s payment card directly by themselves. Among those are: Booking.com, TravelNow, EasyCar and Atraveo.
Booking.com do not charge client’s payment card, only uses data for the sake of securing the booking. Payment is held at the hotel during or after client’s stay.
Hotel bookings provider TravelNow charges client’s payment card directly. Sambookia acts as service provider.
Car rental provider EasyCar charges client’s payment card directly. Sambookia acts as service provider.
Apartment and house rental provider Atraveo charges client’s payment card directly. Sambookia acts as service provider.
Seat quantity available at certain flight is defined by airlines.
Also it may happen that the reservation system permits an automatic flight booking at airlines between which there are no interline agreements – this make ticket issuance impossible. In this case during 24 hours Sambookia will inform the client and propose him the alternative variant.
By means of e-ticket the client saves his time and acquires great mobility. This ticket makes it possible to travel without theft or loss risk. E-ticket – is free service that isn’t connect with surcharge in comparison with paper ticket.
E-ticket has essential advantages over the paper ticket:
- the client shouldn’t wait for ticket delivery;
- the client obtains necessary documents for the trip as soon as he receives from us an e-mail–confirmation;
- there is no theft or lossrisk;
- there is no necessity to use paper and printer – thus trees and ozone layer are saved.
To confirm the uniqueness of booking reference the client can connect with the airline or check it on international web-site www.viewtrip.com, where he can enter the booking reference and his name (without whitespace).
For minors who are 5-12 years old and travel unaccompanied airlines can require they should use escort service. In some cases this service should be paid for and we advice to find out the details at the particular airline before the booking conformation.
Some airlines don’t permit children less than 5 years travel unaccompanied.
Children must have appropriate documents (passport, birth certificate, travel permit from their parents) on all flights.
Parents or custodians also must present documents that identify personality. They also should fill in the form that is given by airline during flight check-in.
The client is obliged to check out such information and comply with requirements posted there. We recommend the client always check the list of formalities one should comply to lead desired route, make inquiries about time required for carrying out corresponding procedures.
Without all necessary documents the passenger risks to receive the prohibition on a trip. If the client doesn’t know the exact regulations applied in particular cases one should get this information in the embassy of the country which he is going to.
Also an essential requirement for international flights is presence of visas that give full right of entry to all countries that the passenger’s route contains (except the transit countries without exit from transit airport area). If the passenger fails to provide visa or any document that substitute it, one can be denied to check-in to flight.
On each rout there are particular entry regulations, including the availability of vaccination and medical certificates.
The client is obliged to obtain such information and comply with requirements. We recommend the client always check the list of formalities he should comply to perform selected route, make inquiries about time required for carrying out corresponding procedures.
Without all necessary documents the passenger risks to receive the prohibition on a trip. If the client doesn’t know the exact regulations applied in particular cases one should get this information in the embassy of the country which he is going to.
The passenger of the international flight is obliged to arrive at the check-in desk no later than 2 hours before the departure.
Airport check in for the international flight ends within 45 minutes before the departure.
Airport check in for the domestic flight ends within 30 minutes before the departure.
Passengers of charter flight are notified about the time and place of arrival while they receive the travel documents.
Sambookia is not responsible for consequences that may occur because of the client didn’t comply with these conditions.
Reservation system Sambookiais not protected from «double booking ». Ex.: one passenger booked for 2 flights in different directions in one day. Sambookia is not responsible for such events and doesn’t provide the refund in such cases.
Terms of any document changes (concerning e-tickets, ticket voucher, etc.), service cancellation, return of the ticket are regulated by fare rules as well as laws of Ukraine.
In case the trip runs to the end or is interrupted under unforeseen circumstances not in the country of departure point Warsaw Convention norms can be applied. As a rule Warsaw Convention limits the carrier responsibility in case of passenger’s death or personal injury as well as loss or damage of his baggage.
